What recourse do I have to reclaim property I am entitled to? By Adv. Vaishvi Khare | #AMALawyered Khare

Question:

My house is in the name of my father who suddenly passed away in 1995, intestate. I was his only daughter and after my marriage in 1999, my maternal aunt shifted in that house to be with my mother. Due to bad relations, both my mother and maternal aunt threw me out of my father's house in 2019. Given that the mutation is still in my father's name, is there any legal recourse that I can take to take out my aunt from that house?

Email is a crucial channel in any marketing mix, and never has this been truer than for today’s entrepreneur. Curious what to say.
