1. What is Form RSC 7 ?
This form is filed pursuant to NCLT (Procedure for Reduction of Share Capital of Co.) Rules, 2016. Where the Tribunal makes an order confirming a reduction, such order shall be in Form No. RSC-6. The Certificate issued by the Registrar under sub-section (5) of section 66 shall be in Form No. RSC-7.
2. Why is it important?
This form is conclusive evidence that the company has complied with all the statutory requirements for seeking approval for reducing the share capital.
