1. What is Form RSC 2 ?
This form is filed pursuant to NCLT (Procedure for Reduction of Share Capital of Co.) Rules, 2016. As per the rule the Tribunal shall, within fifteen days of submission of the application under rule 2, give notice, or direct that notice be given to the Central Government, Registrar of Companies, the Securities and Exchange Board of India. in the case of listed companies seeking their representations and objections in form RSC 2 .
