1. What is the Refund Form?
There are instances when a person while accessing MCA 21 is required to make various payments to avail MCA21 services. If the users have made multiple payments or incorrect payments or excess payments while using these services, they would like to have a refund for such payment. In order to allow the stakeholders to claim refunds of such payments, a refund process has been introduced by MCA for both Companies and LLPs.There is no fee for filing a Refund form. The e-Form will be processed in Non-STP. When an e Form is approved/rejected by the authority concerned, an acknowledgement of the same is sent to the user in the form of an email. All correspondence will be sent by HQ.
2. Why is it important?
a. This is a statutory requirement.
b. This helps users in availing the refund of the amount, they have paid.
