What is the Product Order form? 

Product order form is a kind of written business Proposal to engage in the commercial transaction and placing the order to the supplier.It is a kind of purchase order for the arrangement of goods/ items for the business purpose. It creates a Vendor/ Purchaser or Supplier/Buyer Relationship between the parties. It basically outlines what the Buyer desires to purchase , in how much quantity and when they need them, then it is sent to the seller for approval if they can fulfill the buyer requirements and finally after confirmation the invoice is paid by the buyer to the seller. 

Why it is Important? 

It creates a legal binding relationship between the Parties where both have some consideration in exchange. It is beneficial for both the parties in keeping their operations efficient and organised. It also allows the seller to ensure that goods/ items are available before any Commitments. It helps both the buyer and seller to maintain a record of their transactions in chronological manner for auditing and financial records.
