1. What is a Presenter Agreement?
The presenter agrees to comply with all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Association in connection with the preparation and delivery of the Presentation, including but not limited to required deadlines for submissions and disclosures of commercial interests or conflicts of interest.
2. Why is it important?
a. A presenter contract is an important step in the process of engaging an artist
b. The presenter’s contract not only to confirm when and where the show will happen.
c. It defines the terms and conditions under which the “Presenter” will perform services and deliver presentations.
