1. What is a Pre joining training and placement agreement?
Pre joining training and placement agreement is an agreement entered between the individual who is offered a permanent position in the company and the company. This agreement lays down the terms and conditions on which pre-joining training will be provided to the employees and only when the employees are able to clear up the training period, they get eligible for appointment on a permanent basis. During this training period, the employees are given tools training, culture training and other job-related training as applicable.

a. It lays the foundation of the relationship between the Employee and the company.
b. It helps in avoiding disputes that may arise in the future related to the agreement.
