1. What is Form NDH 4 ? 

This form is related to filling application for declaring a Nidhi company and for updation of nidhi company as per section 406 of the companies Act, 2016 and rule 3A, 23A, 23B of the Nidhi Rules , 2014.NDH 4 is the recently amended in year 2019 under the rules of nidhi company. This form can be filled within 60 days after the expiry of one year from the date of incorporation and for existing companies within the period of 1 year from the date of incorporation. 

2. Why is it important? 

It is important because the government will provide approvals after checking the eligibility criteria, Documentation and other important aspects as per Nidhi rules, 2016 or if any deviation or violation is found under the Nidi Rule, the penal action or cancellation of status may take place.
