1. What is Form NDH 2 ?
This form is related to Application for extension of time as per sub rule(3) of rules 5 f trh Nidhi Rules, 2014. This form can be filled within thirty days from the close of first financial year , nidhi company through this form can apply to the Regional Director for extension of time, if the nidi company ever after extension is unable to compliances with the provision of Nishi rules, 2014, shall be liable for penal actions.
2. Why is it important?
This form is important while looking for extension of time period, this application should be addressed to the Regional Director , they may consider and pass the order within thirty days from the recipient of the application by the nidhi company and can extend time upto one year or may reject the application stating the reason for such action, in case where the nidi company fails to comply with the provisions.
