1. What is Form NCLT 9 ?
Form NCLT 9 is a general form which shall be used for the purposes as mentioned below and also in case where for any event no form is prescribed in the act, NCLT 9 shall be used.
a. If company is not satisfied with the conversion of debentures or loans into shares by the central government, they can appeal to NCLT in form NCLT 9
b. Where the member wants to inspect the minute book but company refuses c. Permission for withdrawal of application under section 247
d. Application for filing class action suit
