1. What is Form NCLT 8 ?
Form NCLT 8 is an application which is to be filed by the person in whose favour an order has been passed by the NCLT bench. This application shall be for the execution of the order passed. This form is filed pursuant to rule 56 of the Companies NCLT rules , 2016.
2. Why is it important?
Form NCLT 7 contains the format in which an applicant is required to file an application for obtaining execution order from the NCLT.
