1. What is NCLT form 6 ?

NCLT form 6 is an affidavit which is filed pursuant to rule 34 of the companies NCLT rules, 2016 . Every company who wants to make an application to nCt shall file such in form NCLT 1. Every petition or application including interlocutory application shall be verified by an affidavit in NCLT form 6.

2. Why is it important?

NCLT form 6 contains the format in which applicant is required to file affidavit and annexed it with NCLT 1.
