1. What is Form NCLT 4 ?
Form NCLT 4 is filed in pursuant to Rule 34 of the Companies NCLT rules , 2016. According to this rule where such a situation arises before the bench , for which no rules are mentioned, then the bench for reasons to be recorded in writing, determines the procedure in a particular case in accordance with the principles of natural justice.The general heading in all proceedings before the Tribunal, in all advertisements and notices shall be in Form NCLT 4.
2. Why is it important?
Form NCLT 4 contains the format in which NCLT bench will deal with the matter for which no rules are mentioned.
