1. What is Form NCLT 3 ?
NCLT is a quasi-judicial authority incorporated for dealing with corporate disputes that are of civil nature arising under the Companies Act. Each person who wishes to file any corporate litigation approaches the NCLT and file an application in form NCLT 1. The Form NCLT 3 contains the format of notice of motion which the applicant is required to attach with form NCLT 1 when making an interlocutory application.
2. Why is it important?
NCLT 3 contains the format of notice of motion. Under this notice the application is required to mention the relief he sought from NCLT and also the reasons for granting him such relief.
