1. What is Form NCLT 3 B ?
Any company who wants to convert itself from public company to private shall make an application to the NCLT within three months from the date of passing of special resolution. After making an application to the NCLT , the companies shall publish the same in the newspaper as well as serve an individual notice to all the creditors , debentureholders of the company in the Form NCLT 3 .
2. Why is it important?
Form NCLT 3 B contains the format in which a notice shall be sent to all the creditors and debenture holders of the company informing them about the corporate litigation that company is involved into. This helps in maintaining transparency on the part of company
