1. What is Form NCLT 17?
Form NCLT 17 is filed pursuant to rule 142 of Companies NCLT rules 2016. This form contains the format in which certificate shall be issued to the witnesses who are discharged by the tribunal. the certificate shall be issued by the registrar of the companies. As per the rule, Witnesses discharged by the Tribunal may be granted a certificate in Form NCLT 17 by the Registrar.
