1. What is Form NCLT 11 ?
Form NCLT 11 is filed pursuant to rule 73 of Companies NCLT rules 2016. As per the rule, if any com[amny fails to pay debenture amount or interest thereon or deposits or any other payment , then the debentureholders , debenture trustees or deposit holders may make an application to the NCLT in form NCLT 11. Along with application all lists of debentureholders and deposit holders shall be attached and tribunal shall pass an order within 60 days from passing of the application.
2. Why is it important?
Form NCLT 11 is application by depositor under section 73(40 or 76(2) or by company u/s 74(2) or by debenture holder or debenture trustee u/s 71(10) of the act or section 45QA of RBI act 1934.
