1. What is Form MGT 13? 

MGT 13 is a form filed by the scrutinizers appointed by the company to the Chairman of the meeting within 7 days of such meeting. The form is filed in pursuant of Section-109 of the Companies Act,2013 and Rule 21(2) of the Companies(Administration and Management) Rules, 2014.

2. Why is it important?
