Advocate Krishna Venkat talked about various aspects of budget 2019 for startups and the relaxation is given to the startups. It is the most awaited and the most essential element for startups to understand from Simple Registration to Paying of the Tax to the government.
The topic gave an overall insight into the new budget and the new policies for the startup and what are the legal implications involved. The Decoding Budget 2019 clarified the role of Shareholders and investment-related policies for the startup ecosystem.
