1. What is Form MDC 2?

This form is related to the Application for referring the matters to the panel as per Rule 6(2) of the Companies (Mediation & Conciliation Rules) 2016. The party to the proceeding can address this application to the authorized person or authority and request them to refer their matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Panel.

2. Why is it Important?

It is important in cases where parties to the proceeding want to refer their matter to the Meditation and can write an application to the central government or tribunal or Appellate for the approval and once the approval is received the pertaining matter shall be referred to the panel of mediator/ Conciliator.
