What is an Internet Service Agreement?
An Internet Services Agreement is a legal document between the customer and the Internet Service Provider. It sets the terms and conditions under which the customer uses the Provider's services and systems and preserves the applications of Provider to improve and maintain its facilities and systems and to ensure the quality of service.
Why is it important?
Internet Service Providers(ISP) can set clear terms for payments and the opportunities available to customers to determine their bill each month. ISP can authorise at what time service may be cut off, and rules for customers to follow for service restoration.
