1. What is Form INC - 23?
Form INC - 23 is required to be filed pursuant to Section 12(5) & 13(4) of the Companies Act,2013 and rule 28& 30 of the Companies Incorporation Rules, 2014. It is related to the Application to the Regional Director for approval to shift the Registered office from one state to another or from the jurisdiction of one registrar to another registrar in the same state. It requires the attachment of MOA, AOA, Financial statements, Affidavits etc.

The main purpose of this form is related to shifting the registered office of the company from one state to another and to elaborate and justify the reasons and objectives of doing it.
