1. What is Form INC - 13?
Form INC - 13 is related to the Memorandum of Association as per the provisions of Rule 9 (2) of the Companies Incorporation Rules. It declares the Objectives of the company for which it is established, the liabilities of its members, the process of dissolution of partnership or firm and also their accounts of profit and loss, their income, property named under the company. The MOA of the proposed company shall be filled in Form No. INC. 13.
2. Why is it Important?
It is one of the most essential forms as it declares the company’s Memorandum of Association (MOA), declares details about their directors, shareholders, subscribers & their Address, contact details & it sets out the aims and objectives of the company and their provisions for dissolution.
