1. What is Form INC - 11? 

Form INC -11 is a declaration form. This declaration must be filed by a person specified in the articles as a director, manager, or secretary of the company, stating that the Memorandum and Articles of Association have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of section 8 and rules made thereunder and that all conditions of the Act and rules made thereunder relating to company registered under section 8.

This certificate only proves the company's incorporation based on the applicant's papers and statements (s). This certificate is not a permit or a licence to do business or to solicit deposits or funds from the general public. Wherever it is required, the permission of the sector regulator is required.
