1. What is Form INC 11 B?
Form INC - 11 B is a certificate that provides conclusive proof of incorporation of the Company limited by guarantee into a company limited by shares. Whenever any company which is originally registered as Company limited by guarantee wants to get itself converted into a Company limited by shares, it shall make an application in Form INC 27 with the registrar of companies. The ROC on being satisfied that the company has complied with all the rules and regulation shall issue a fresh certificate of incorporation in form INC 11 B.
