1. What is Form GNL 2 ?
This form is related to submission of documents with the Registrar as per Rule 12(2) of the Companies Rule 2014, this form is useful for filling various documents with the registrar of the company such as - Prospectus, information memorandum , private placement offer letter etc. The Submission of these documents to ROC shall be in cases where no E- form is prescribed.
2. Why is it important?
It is important in cases where no E- form is prescribed for filling the document with the Registrar, then the company can file such documents through this form with the prescribed form fees and which has to be duly signed by the liquidators of the company. This form is essential while looking for the approval from ROC on the submitted documents.
