1. What is Form GNL 1 ?
This form is related to filling application to the registrar as per the rule 12(2) of the companies Rules, 2014 ,it related to seeking extension of time for Annual General Meeting for the financial year with the ROC, ROc shall be providing approval and can provide extension upto three months in cases such as shifting of office from one state to another, or for removal of disqualification of directors of the company.

It is an important form while seeking for extension for Annual General Meeting of the company or for Compounding offence application , it also requires certification from the practicing professional CA/CS.
