1. What is a Free Linking Agreement?
Free linking agreement is used by the companies who allow their websiite/platform to be used as a mechanism for advertising the products of the other company. The parties willing to promote/advertise themselves can install non-exclusive links on the website of the first party. This agreement is entered by and between these parties willing to enter into such arrangement to regulate the terms and condition upon which they will post the links.

a. It regulates the mutual terms and conditions decided by and between the parties. b. It helps to avoid dispute and to impose liability in case of default.
