1. What is Form XXI?
Form XXI is used for Fines. This includes information about the establishment as well as the principal employer, the nature of the work, the location of the work, employee information, the act or omission for which a fine is imposed, the date of the offence, whether an opportunity to show cause is provided, the wage period, the wage payable, the fine amount, and the date of realisation.
2. Why is it important?
This register is important to maintain as it gives clear information regarding the fines which are imposed upon the employee. And this will also help in giving full and final settlement of workmen.
