1. What is Form XIII 75? 

This form is related to Rule 75 of Contract Labour ( Regulation & Abolition )1971, Rules, about the registrar of Workmen employed by the contractor which includes details about workmen, employment period, address, termination of work with its reason stated in the form. 

2. Why is it Important? 

It is important for maintaining the records and statistics, every contractor shall maintain in respect of each registered establishment where he employs contract labour a register in Form XIII. It is the duty of every contractor to maintain such records for his workmen in order to maintain records systematically.
