1. What is Form VII Rule 33?
This form is related to the Register of leaves for wages as per rule 33 of the Motor Transport worker act, Every employer shall maintain a Register of Leave with Wages in Form No. VII. The Register of Leave with Wages shall be preserved for a period of three years after the last entry in it and shall be produced before the Inspector on demand.
2. Why is it Important?
This form is important because it keeps track of the leave with wages of the worker working in the establishment. This form consists of information related to the amount of payment made in lieu of leave due, rate of wages, the balance of leave etc. It is the duty of every employer to maintain such records of leaves.
