1. What is Form V Rule 28?
This form is related to the notice of periods of work for Motor Transport Workers for which shall be in Form V. As per rule 28 of the motor transport workers shall be written in English and in a language understood by the majority of workers and shall be displayed at a conspicuous place where the motor transport workers ordinarily call for duty and shall be mentioned in a clean and legible condition.
2. Why is it Important?
This form is important because it is related to the working hours of the workers, number of workers, nature of work, number of holidays. No change in the notice of hours of work shall be allowed unless three days of clear notice is given to the Inspector indicating the contemplated change in the notice of hours of work.
