1. What is Form V ?
Form V is used as a certificate by the principal employer. To hire contract labour, contractors must have a licence. A licence application, along with the requisite fee and certificate, must be filed to the concerned Labour Commissioner.
2. Why is it important ?
This certificate needs to be issued as labourers are not harassed by the employer and all the provisions which are mentioned in the act are taken care of by the company.
