1. What is Form SH-1?
Form SH-1 is an e form used as Share Certificate form. This certificate is issued by the company as a proof of evidence of shares issued to shareholders. It is issued in accordance with Rule-5 of companies Act (Share Capital & Debentures) Rule 2014. The certificate shall be issued in Form SH-1 it requires following details:-
● Name & full address of the shareholder
● Class of shares with a face value
● Total number of shares issued
● Total consideration amount paid
2. Why is Form SH-1 used?
SH-1 is used as a Share Capital Certificate. This certificate is required to be signed by 2 directors or by a director and the company secretary. This certificate is issued to the shareholder within 60 days of incorporation of the company or within 60 days from the date of allotment of shares in case of further issue of shares.
