1. What is Form M?
This form is related to the employment, Dismissal, payment of bonus for the year ending on 31 st December it is an Annual return which comes under the (mines & circus ) rules. The employer of every organisation on or before 21st January in each year shall submit these details to the competent authority, a return in each of the form M, L, N, O giving information about the particulars specified in the form with respect of the preceding year.
2. Why is it important?
In cases where the employer of an establishment to which the act applies sells, disconnects the working, he shall within one month of the sell, or four-month of discontinuation, submit to the competent authority a further return in each of the forms such as M, L, N, O between the end of preceding year or date of sale.
