1. What is Form G?
This form is related to the Notice of respondent of the day fixed for the hearing of the appeal under section 17 of the payment of wages act 1936, as per section 17, An appeal against an order dismissing either wholly or in part an application made under sub-section (2) of section 15, or against a direction made under sub-section (3) or sub-section (4) of that section may be preferred, within thirty days of the date on which the order or direction was made and in such cases form G shall be filled.
2. Why is it Important?
This form Form G shall be filled in cases where an appeal is lodged a notice shall be issued to the respondent and the Court after hearing the parties and after such further inquiry, if any, from which the appeal is preferred, and shall make an order or direction accordingly.
