1. What is Form F Rule 6(1)?
This form is related to the Record of order direction as per rule 9 of the payment of wages (procedure) rules, the Authority shall in all cases, enter the particulars indicated in Form F and at the time of passing orders shall sign and date the form. It contains particulars of the applicant, the amount claimed, a penalty imposed if any, and court fees charges etc.
2. Why is it Important?
This form shall be filled in cases where the no appeal lies, no further record shall be necessary and in cases where an appeal lies, the Authority shall record the substance of the evidence and shall append it under his signature and this form shall be duly signed by the applicant with the details information as indicated in the form.
