1. What is Form B?
Form B is used as a certificate of Age. All the people hired in the company must present a certificate of age from the competent medical authority. The fees payable to the medical authority for the issuance of such a certificate shall be the same as those set forth by the State Government or the Federal Government for their respective Medical Boards.
2. Why is it important?
Age certificate is important as it provides proof of age to the concerned authority. This will prevent the exploitation of children, and it will set the benchmark to check the age of children in the proper interval of time.
