1. What is Form 5?
Form 5 is used for Muster Roll. Every contractor must keep the following records for each job on which he hires contract labour. Where the wage period is less than a fortnight, the contractor is required to keep a combined Register of Wages-cum-Muster Roll.
2. Why is it important?
The muster roll needs to be maintained so that record of each and every worker can be maintained.
