1. What is Form 5 A?
Form 5a is used for application for adjustment of security deposit. Every worker deposits a certain amount in the company as a deposit and to clear this amount you need to file form 5a along with a clearance certificate from the principal employer and submit the request to the labour officer.
2. Why is it important?
This form assures that the worker is not denied his rights, whatever is the balance amount in the company needs to be cleared while settling the amount.
