1. What is Form 11 Rule 26(2)?
This form is related to the issuing of a wage slip to an employee as per rule 26 (2) of minimum wages central rules, every employer shall issue a wage slip to every person employed by him at least a day prior to the disbursement of the wages. Every employer shall also get the signature or thumb impression of the employee on every wage slip and wages slips shall be authenticated by the employer or any person authorized by him on his behalf.
2. Why is it important?
It is important because it is related to the employee wages for his work, an employer shall issue such wage slip in form 11 of the rules of the minimum wage, which contains the particulars about the employee, rate of wages payable, overtime wage, attendance, deductions, gross wages etc.
