1. What is Form 10? 

This form is related to the register of wages of the worker in the establishment, as per rule 26 (a) of the minimum wages, central rule, A register required to be maintained under rules 21(4), 25(2) and 26(1) and 5 and the muster roll required to be maintained under rule 26(5)} shall be preserved for a period of three years after the date of last entry made in form X.

2. Why is it important?

It is the duty of every employer to maintain and prepare a register of wages with respect to every worker employed by him in the establishment, this form contains particulars of the employee, wage rate, deductions, employer contribution to PF, overtime, gross wage etc.
