What is EULA?
It is often referred as the software license or user license agreement. It is an agreement between the person who develops the software and the user of it in compliance with the terms and conditions, rights and duties of both the parties that get generated by entering into agreement with it.
Why needed?
It creates a legal binding between the parties enabling them to protect them from unauthorized use of the software by the third party without permission. It also outlines the rules and restrictions for using the license and describes the consequence arising from violation of the agreement and how the defaulter will be liable for this breach to the aggrieved party.
