1. What is an Employee Reimbursement agreement?
The employee sometimes may have to incur certain expenses out of his pocket for the official purpose which may include travel expenses to and from office to party’s office, dinner expenses which the employee might have paid when out for official work, or purchasing work-related equipment. This agreement specifies the employee’s right to get reimbursed, the expenses for which they can claim reimbursement, and up to what extent and what is the procedure they must follow among others.
