1. What is Form DIR 2?
Each person who wishes to turn into a director needs to give consent to Appointment and Qualification in form DIR-2. Form DIR-2 is the consent to go about as a director of the proposed organization. It contains subtleties of DIN/PAN, Name, Address, Contact Details, Occupation Details of every head of an organization.
2. Why is it important?
All the proposed companies should attach Form DIR-2 while filing SPICe INC-32 on MCA Portal. Individuals who wish to act as a director of the proposed company need to provide DIR-2. Notarized and Apostilled DIR-2 is only required in the case of the NRI Director.
