Dr. Sheetal Vohra has an in depth & holistic experience of about 16 years in Intellectual Property Laws. She has worked in two top IP boutique firms in India where her work profile included prosecuting trademarks in India & abroad as well handling litigation pertaining to passing off & infringement of trademarks, copyright and design in District Courts, High Courts right upto Supreme Court of India. Cases argued by her have been reported in legal journals. She has handled high profile contested matters in Trademarks Registry as well as Intellectual Property Appellate Board.
