Lawyered family may include lawyered subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures and other corporate entities under common control and or any of their/our agents, representatives, employees, consultants, directors and offices.
Privacy Policies of Lawyered will be attracted whenever you use/browse on our website or when you have been using/browsing to avail our platform services by any means & mode or even when you have chosen to continue to browse upon the website or otherwise access our website for services, content, or any other domain facilities & features provided by Lawyered, which can be together be clubbed and summed up as “Platform Services of Lawyered”. c) The domain name in ("Website"), is owned and operated by Sproutech Solutions Private Limited (“Company”) a Registered Company, limited by shares, where such expression shall, unless repugnant to the context thereof, be deemed to include its respective representatives, administrators, employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns.

Your communications: Communications between you and other users or Participating Platform Lawyers through our Services; your participation in a survey, poll, sweepstakes, contest or promotion scheme; your request for certain features (e.g., newsletters, updates or other products); your communication with us about employment opportunities posted to the services.

Your transactional information: If you make reservations or purchases through our Services, we may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, billing information and credit or payment card information. This information may be shared with third-parties which assist in processing and fulfilling your requests, including PCI compliant payment gateway processors. When you submit credit or payment card information, we encrypt the information using industry-standard technologies, as further described below under “Payment Card Information”. Lawyered does not knowingly collect or use any personal information from Minors. We do not allow the usage of our website to those who are not Competent to Contract under section 11 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a parent and/or relative become aware that someone has provided us with the information, please contact us using one of the methods specified below, and we will work with you to address this issue at the earliest.

6) No Liability - Lawyered cannot be held responsible on any ground when it comes to the usage of our platform by the ends of the users. The user is also expected to understand that we cannot be made liable for any damages to or viruses that may infect Users devices on account of their access to while making use of, or while they are browsing on our Website or uploading/downloading any material that may include data, text, images, audio or video content, recordings of audio or video content, or when online webinars are being conducted by Lawyered. It is the Users sole responsibility, and in the case where there seems to be any lack of satisfaction from the services that we claim to provide occurs. The Users possess one sole remedy which is not to continue with us and stop making use of our Website Platform Services.
7) Safety & Security - It will be the sole responsibility of the User( client/lawyer) for maintaining the confidentiality of their account-related information which they possess to access their accounts on our portal for example username/password etc, And, in case of any usage by any unauthorized use of their account or password, it shall be the user who will be liable for it. We expect the immediate notification to Lawyered of any such actual or suspected unauthorized use of the user’s account or password. The User may also be made liable for the losses occurred to Lawyered or such other parties as case due to any such unauthorized use of your account. We take and follow all measures that may be necessary to prevent and protect your information, the security of your content and personal information is valuable to us. Please note, that no security is 100% and no methods of data transmission over the internet or methods of storing data electronically are completely secure so we cannot completely assure you of its security and safety.
